01. SLOAN ANE LEXIE! SLOAN AND LEXIE! Ugh, they're made of so much awesome, BUT WHY DON'T THEY GET MORE LEGIT SCREENTIME? It's simply unacceptable. I loved the beginning and Mark sneaking out and trying to play it cool with Derek, haaa. And TYNE DALY AS DEREK'S MOM! SO LOVELY! Her little spiel about how Mark has always had low expectations for himself since he was a little boy was so wonderful. AND LOLOLOL HER INTERROGATING LEXIE = AMAZING. What happeneddddd, we used to get so many great Lexie scenes and now she's POOF, gone. It sucks. A lot. Izzie/Ghost is still painful as hell, but Alex! The thought of him taking Izzie to visit his mom is killing me, you guys. Killing me. Which also makes whatever will eventually happen to her and why she's seeing Denny even worse. And oh godddddd, that last scene with Hunt and Christina. THEY ARE SO ~*~EPIC~*~, NO? It's like Burke/Christina 2.0 EXCEPT TOTALLY BETTER. In a nutshell, I really loved this episode! Even the cases that came in and the whole death row inmate bit. Even though I'm the last person to know what fandom thinks, I have a feeling people generally think the show has gone down the crapper? And I thought so too except now I really don't. I may have not watched it for a year and a half before this season but I really do think it's the best it's been since season two.

02. This is the greatest picspam I have ever laid eyes on, and I'm not exaggerating. Can you say GLAMOROUS GLAMOROUS? I just want to eat them all up. This is basically the real life cast of The West Wing and I can't stop flailing. I WANT TO BE BFF WITH REGGIE LOVE AKA CHARLIE YOUNG. And HAY JON FAVREAU, my offer to be your wife still stands. Hollaaaaaa Tom Daschle, ILU Valerie Jarrett, HAY RAHM BABY, David Axelrod you are so adorkable, JOEY B YOU SILVER FOX YOU, etc. etc. etc. OUR WHITE HOUSE WILL BE SO FLIPPIN' HOT, GUYS. 04. MY NUMBER ONE FUTURE BABYDADDY HAS BEEN CAST FOR A SIX EPISODE ARC IN THE OFFICE. YOU GUYS HAVE NO IDEA HOW EXCLAMATION POINTY THIS IS MAKING ME. (THANKS, CLAIRE BEAR, FOR THE AMAZING NEWS! It was the most glee-worthy text I've gotten in a loooong time.)

And um also, I still have my flaily thoughts about TWW floating around in my head, but I only have a few days of vacation and then the Inauguration will consume my brain and then BOOM, school again! I'm shooting for next weekish? Should have season two done by this weekend though. But hey you know what would be awesome? If someone out there could give me a heads up for when there will be some lovely Sam/Ainsley-ness after the utter glory that was Sam's little smile when she asks him to dance with her at the end of The War At Home (AH, THAT SCENE = 238490 DIFFERENT GIRLISH SQUEALS FROM YOURS TRULY). I just like knowing what episodes to look forward to! And as always, any and all fic recs would be very much appreciated (Josh/Donna or Sam/Ainsley!).
